HOMESTAY / TRIAL NIGHT: DROP OFF & COLLECTION TIMES

Drop-off & Collection Hours 

● Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM 

● Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM 

● Sundays: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM (Collections Only) 

Important Policy 

*** Please Note: These hours apply to all stays from 1st September 2026, unless previously booked or agreed. 

Drop-offs and collections outside these hours are entirely at Poodles & Doodles' discretion and must be agreed upon in advance. 

Keeping to these drop off and collection windows ensures our daily routine runs smoothly, but most importantly, it prevents disruption to the dogs. Limiting times for drop-offs and collections creates a calm, settled environment for everyone in our care. 

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! 

  • Before we consider a dog for any of our services, A Meet & Greet MUST be carried out in advance at our home.

  • If all goes well, a trial night is then required to be booked before boarding.

  • During the Meet & Greet we will discuss; Medical History, current medical conditions. Behaviours, Exercise, Food and Diets, Routines and Home boarding details.

  • We will also go through our consultation and paperwork.

TRIAL NIGHT / MEET & GREET

  • Your dog must be picked up at the agreed time the following day (Within your 24 hour stay and as per my opening and closing times)

  • We insist on all dogs having current annual booster vaccinations before boarding with us, and puppies to have had their second course of vaccinations. It is also required that your dog must be appropriately treated for external & internal parasites with an appropriate product authorised by a Vet and in accordance with veterinary advice before entry.

  • All food is to be provided by the owner (please ensure you bring enough for their entire stay) as well as any necessary equipment i.e bedding, and transport harness, collars, leads, poo bags, grooming equipment and any relevant medication ect.

  • Your booking will not be secured until the 50% deposit has been paid. Deposits are non-refundable (Unless I have to cancel)
